    "content": "I heard that the reason the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) was thrown out was because they gave us a framework on how to amend our Constitution in future. When we annul this report, it will also give the CoB opportunity to redraft the Regulations so that they are within a certain framework. Therefore, the annulment was welcome. I thank the committee and Members who annulled this report. People should know that Parliament is not a conveyor belt of the Government or any entity such that they can just bring regulations and expect us to pass them. We must do it through tooth and nail. We have to look at it word by word and give the rational."
