    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My voice is a bit hoarse. We were celebrating Martha Karua yesterday. When I came to Parliament, I joined the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and have remained there to date under the mentorship of Hon. Olago Aluoch. He is a ranking Member of that Committee. He has consistently served for over 10 years in that Committee. What I like about Hon. Olago Aluoch is that even where he disagrees with you, he does it with a lot of respect and dignity. Because of that, his good work has not just been noticed in the Committee, but also on the Floor of the House.
