    "content": "Hon. Speaker, when you go for other interviews such as in the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or any other institution, they award marks for your physical appearance. For instance, the interviewers award marks on how you are dressed, your mannerism and the way you respond to questions. When you do an interview of this magnitude and you are about 12,000 kilometres away, then you are said to be compliant… I oppose, Hon. Speaker. If he was patriotic enough he would have come directly to Kenya and faced the panellists. Apparently, he is yet to come to Kenya. He is waiting for us to approve his name here so that he can fly back to Kenya."
