    "content": " Order! Order! Hon. Members, we are now in the Committee of the whole House to consider the Children Bill (National Assembly Bill No.38 of 2021). We had partially considered this Bill up to Clause 129. So, we will now start with Clause 130. My understanding is that Hon. Koske is representing the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. So, for purposes of this Session, he will be referred to as the Chair. Hon. Millie who has substantial proposals to amend is also present. Therefore, these two will be featuring prominently in these proceedings."
