    "content": "“(5) The court shall consider the views of the child before making an order under this section”. This clause deals with a child who escapes from an institution. All I am seeking is that the courts, before making any order, get the views of the child. Sometimes, children run away from institutions because of abuse. It would be good for the courts to know why a child is running from an institution."
