Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT clause 188 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (4) by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b) When you put the word “and” at the place where it has been put it means that each of the sub-paragraphs cannot stand alone and that they must all be met for if one is not met then the entire provision fails. So I am just deleting the word “and” so that each of the paragraphs can stand alone. Thank you."
