I do not know if it is allowable to do a further amendment by not doing a deletion but by adding the word “accused” after the word “the words” in 239 (i), so that the words “accused, conviction, and sentence” shall not be used in relation to a child being dealt with in the Children’s Court. So, I wish to withdraw my proposed deletion but do a further amendment as stated."
