Temporary Deputy Chairman, as much as I appreciate the effort to ensure that we manage and harmonise the conflicts that arise in the children’s sector because of different offices, it is not accurate to indicate that the only thing we are doing is changing the title. As Hon. Millie has indicated, I served as the Secretary of Children Services and there was still a Director. So, it is important that as we harmonise the roles because there are areas that had conflicts. We should not mislead the House by saying that all we have done is to change the title. If that is all we are doing, we will create more problems than we sought to solve."
