    "content": "Federation of Kenya (COFEK) regarding the Open Tender System (OTS) on fuel supply. The Committee undertakes to table the report by the end of this session. Madam Temporary Speaker, as I conclude, the Committee has scheduled an inquiry into the recent fuel crisis that brought the country to a standstill, causing great distress to Kenyans and negatively affecting the economy. The Inquiry is aimed at unearthing the real cause of the fuel shortage. Further, from the findings, the Committee intends to make recommendations with a view to avert a similar crisis in future."
