    "content": "Let us have the Chairman of Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock, Hon. Silas Tiren. Hon. Tiren has become an extremely rare person in the Chamber. Through the Office of the Leader of the Majority Party, communicate to the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock that he is supposed to come and respond to the Petition by Hon. John Paul Mwirigi, which he says he presented on 24th September 2020. It will be gross dereliction of duty for the Committee not to have a report ready.
