The Council shall pay its members such remuneration or allowances as the Cabinet Remuneration of members of Secretary shall, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, the Council determine We are replacing that particular Clause with a new clause to indicate who determines the remuneration of members of the Council. Members of the Council are appointed by the Cabinet Secretary and not the Public Service Commission, therefore, their remuneration is to be determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)."
