I beg to move: THAT Clause 70 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (1) by inserting the following words immediately after paragraph — “(aa) a children’s rescue centre established by the Cabinet Secretary under Clause 64;” This is to clarify that children rescue centres are not to be run by non-state actors, but rather by the Government. The term here is “rescue centres” which is different from “homecare centres.”"
