I would want the proposer to also read Clause 77(2) of the Bill because in my opinion, it is not in line with what she is explaining. Please read Clause 77(2) of the Bill so that we can be on the same page. This is about information relating to the proposed Child Welfare Programme referred to in sub-clause (1). All we are saying is that the council, having been notified, can approve or disapprove. This is what we are saying is very necessary. We cannot allow people to just implement activities without somebody following them up."
