It does not appear like that is what the amendment is doing, because the Chair’s amendment on Clause 99 states that Clause 99 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (4) by deleting the words ‘in any case where the child is charged with any of the offences under the Seventh Schedule”. My amendment is actually seeking to do what the Chair is saying."
