"content": "You will probably not succeed even if you do that, because I am looking at the relevant Standing Order, which is 133(2), which says that: “No amendment shall be moved to any part of a Bill by any Member, other than the Member in charge of the Bill, unless a written notification of the amendment shall be given to the Clerk 24 hours before commencement of the sitting at which that part of the Bill is to be considered.” We have to be consistent in our way of doing things. If it is something that is agreeable to the Member in charge of the Bill, that is Hon. Kabinga in this case… But even Hon. Kabinga is in charge of the Bill on behalf of the Leader of the Majority Party. What do you propose?"
