    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move: THAT, Clause 113 of the Bill be amended by — (a) deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor following new paragraph— “(a) It shall be the joint duty and responsibility of both parents to maintain the child whether or not the parents are married to each other.” (b) numbering the paragraph appearing immediately after paragraph (d) as paragraph (e). That is something we have discussed before which relates to something else which I will be recommitting. The wording I have used is the wording under Article 53 of the Constitution."
