    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, maybe you need to clarify this. It is true a Chair can move a new amendment but I can bring an amendment to my amendment. That is actually allowed. This is my amendment. The other one where I let it go is because I was in a different clause. However, this one is the same clause which I am moving a further amendment to my own amendment. That is actually allowed by the Standing Orders. If I have my own amendment, I am allowed to move a further amendment to my own amendment."
