Many men in this country are not gentlemen and they have bad manners. They are not distinguished and do not have table manners. They also do not know what to say and where to say it. They do not want to lead a society in a distinguished way like Amb. Mugo did. He was one of the first few ambassadors we had in this country. I know that it is because of him that it was possible to have Sen. Mugo to be in our midst, to join the struggle and change this country to what we want it to be."
