    "content": "Those are some of the observations that we made. Another thing is that there is a Member who proposed that there be a way for the Government to cushion all cancer patients in the country so that they get subsidised treatment across all cancer centres in the country. Most of them end up selling all their properties and using all their savings because of the treatment they need. If there is a way in which this House can establish a fund to assist cancer patients, then it will save them a lot of pain."
