    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I heard a bit of what Hon. Duale raised as I was coming in. It is about the Chairman of the Committee on the Assumption of Office of the next President. That is legitimate but what has subsequently been said by Hon. Ichung’wah has brought issues. You can guide on this but I do not think it is fair that someone can stand in this House, in full glare of the whole nation, and say or imply that he has reason to believe that there are some people in this country whose lives are in danger just by the fact that they are aspiring to some position. You may have to get this out of him but it behooves him that if he has information, it should be laid before the House. It is a serious security matter.
