Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the experience in the country so far with national disaster management and the structure which we have means that we really need this amendment, so that it is specific who is responsible. For example, if it is something to do with water, it will be the responsibility of the Ministry of Water instead of being taken around in circles not knowing who is responsible. For now, it will squarely rest with a specific ministry. The Principal Secretary in charge of that particular ministry will be responsible and all of us will know where to coordinate from.
