"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support. This is an important amendment and the Bill took care of it. Many times when we talk of differential treatment, it may look like the child will be discriminated against. What happens if a child is recognised with a specific disability or issue that he may have and it is responded to in a manner like giving a child an affirmative action? For example, if a child has a problem of vision, a teacher can bring that child from the back of a classroom to the front. That is positive. It is taking into consideration what the child needs and, therefore, treating the child differently. That is the principle and it has been taken care of. I support."
