    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I beg to move: THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub clause (3) by deleting the word “Director” and substituting therefor the word “Secretary”; and (b) in sub clause (7) by deleting the word “Director” and substituting therefor the word “Secretary”. This is a simple amendment. We are replacing the term “Director” with “Secretary” to align it with the current position in the Office of the Directorate of Children Services. It is now headed by a secretary and not a director. This is an amendment that will frequently occur in this Committee of the whole House stage."
