Nyenze, we had actually agreed that she was going to drop number three on the basis that even this terminology of “severe disability” is not something you can easily define. So, we discussed and agreed that we can go by disability so that all children with disability will then benefit from the free medical services. I think Hon. Nyenze probably did not mark that one for dropping because we had agreed that she drops it."
