Most of us are familiar with Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and are probably unfamiliar with Intersex Genital Mutilation (IGM) whereby intersex children are also subjected to a very traumatising activity of trying to correct what may have been a natural occurrence by mutilating one of the genitals. Therefore, we are including it as part of children who require care. I beg to move."
