I beg to move: THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (3)- (3a) Any court cost under this section shall be kept at a minimum. What it seeks to do is ensure ease of filing for persons taking matters on behalf of children or in the best interest of a child so that costs are kept at a minimum."
