    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended in the marginal note by deleting the word “rights” and substituting therefor the word “duties”. We are doing an amendment to the marginal notes. Instead of rights and responsibilities of a child, we are replacing the rights with duties. This is to clarify the provision to be in line with the content of the section."
