    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended – (a) by inserting the word “any” immediately before the words “matter before court”; (b) in paragraph (b) by inserting the words “provided that the child’s best interest shall remain paramount” immediately after the word “need”; (c) by inserting the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph (e)- (f) attend school unless prevented by factors beyond their ability; (g) not discriminate against other children on account of ethnicity, race, disability, gender, social status or other grounds; (h) protect the environment; (i) not to abuse or harm other children; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
