"content": " My issue was this: You know as a man you can marry a lady with a child. Once you marry, you are now two fathers of that child because there is another one there. Then you have your own biological children from this same lady and there is this child whom you are sharing with another father outside there. So the father who is outside there can send something to the child. It can be a cloth or something else. As he sends that, he does not send to the other children who are here. I think that is what you are calling differential. That is why I am thinking if we do not have clarity on that, it can confuse the family setup. It is better when we have that clarity in the Bill, the way it is broken down. If you simply say you have equal rights over this child, but where a child also acquires another father through marriage of the lady, that one is quite vague. There is some sort of confusion."
