Because you have said that it has been brought to your attention, with due respect, I do not know how it has been brought to your attention, but I am assuming that it is through… which is well. With due respect, I do not want to challenge your ruling, but it is for purposes of consistency and the future. I am just wondering, if we are making legislation and the concern is that we are bringing the CWSK into a Bill, and we are saying that it is unconstitutional because it is not known in law, does not bringing it into a Bill make it known in law? That is the challenge for me. I have not brought any amendment in relation to the CWSK."
