    "content": "If you look at the population, some of the counties are highly populated like Kisii, Nyamira, Homa Bay and Vihiga. They may not have a geographical landmass but they are heavily populated. Unfortunately for us, some of our population is migratory. They may be counted in Kisumu when actually they stay in Kisii, or they may be counted in Nairobi yet they stay in Kisii most of the time. At the time of the census, they might have been captured when they were either in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nyeri, Kitale, Eldoret and other places."
