Unfortunately, the money that was meant to bring a lot of transformation in every area, has gone into people’s pockets. This is especially the executives. The the county Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) have looted a lot of money and want people to worship them as small gods. This has affected the performance and progress of everything at the ground level. It is also interfering with the campaigns now because the money that they looted is being dished out at this time. Voters are compromised."
