    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to move that the Persons with Disabilities Bill (National Assembly Bill No.61 of 2021) be now read a Second time. Let me start by thanking the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. When we committed this Bill to them, they made it a priority and were able to come up with the Report which has just been tabled.
