I got encouraged when I watched these colleagues of ours and the way they have performed. As a country, we need to be providing opportunities for such people. They are gifted in different ways. They can excel in different areas. That is how this Bill becomes important. This Bill provides the legal framework to provide opportunities for such people to shine."
