    "content": "I take this opportunity to say “pole” to our colleague, Hon. Sankok. We know what he is going through. My prayer is that he is able to pull through the challenge and come back to this House so that by the time we get to the Third Reading, he is here to make his contribution. This is because he has championed the interests of people who are abled differently in this House in an excellent manner. It will be good that he has his input in this Bill. As I conclude, I wish Hon. Members well. My appeal to those who are supporting this Bill is that we should see whether we can fast-track it so that it becomes an Act of Parliament and we have the right legal framework in this country.
