It is our hope and belief that once the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Government takes office, our key responsibility will be to bring up those people who are not being taken care of. People living with disabilities will be a priority to us. We want to uplift them economically, socially and politically. I agree with fellow Members that this is a very important Bill. I urge that once it is presented to the Senate, they should add more value to it. I urge county governments to put more resources and also focus because we are going to pass this Bill. You know this is a devolved function. We should take it seriously and implement it."
