    "content": "I want to single out the case of General Mahmoud. In the military circles, he is understood as a man who changed the course of history in this country on that fateful day of 1st August 1982. However, beyond the military recognition that he got, very little is said outside here in the civilians’ circles. I believe that in the Committee of the whole House, I shall formulate an amendment that will identify heroes who go beyond the call of duty and serve beyond what is required of them in service, so that they can celebrated when we put up these heroes’ hall of fame at Uhuru Gardens."
