    "content": "from a pastoralist community. I know that this is an institution that will uplift the livelihoods of our people. When young people join the military, it starts as a job. However, when they get into it, they realise that this is not just a job. When most of us are seeking for jobs, the things that we think of are comfort and financial gain. However, you forget about these things in the military. You forget about your comfort and remuneration that will make your life better. It ends up being a sacrifice. There is a lot we can say about our Military and the sacrifice they make. I stand to support. I thank the Leader of the Majority Party for bringing this Bill. As a Committee, we went through it. We also thank our Military for the valuable contribution they made when we were looking at this Bill."
