As regards to Divisions at Second Reading and at the Committee of the Whole, I urge all Senators to avail themselves for divisions and equally urge the movers of the Bills, Committee Chairpersons and individual Senators who have filled Amendments to be in the Chamber for the House to smoothly transition to the next stage."
