    "content": "Clause 9(2) states as follows- “Where an authorized person is refused entry or is prevented from entering premises, a magistrate may, on application by the Authority, issue a warrant authorizing the Police to enter the premises, using such force as may be reasonably necessary and to conduct the search and obtain the required information.” This is one area where you could find contradicting information, for example, even in terms of the capacity of the procurement entities or items that they have. If we do not allow people to go into certain premises to get the information, it can take a long time without the necessary information being provided."
