    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we went to the election of the Tenth Parliament where now he formed the Grand Coalition Government with the Rt. hon. Raila Amollo Odinga. At that time, they again appointed me to be the Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), where I served with the current Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Poghisio as my Minister. I am therefore grateful to H.E. the late President Kibaki for he gave me the opportunity to serve this country in a ministerial position."
