    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Forced marriages only work if one party submits. I wanted to inform my senior that when one party has the potential to rebel, the marriage breaks down. That is the problem we have had in Kenya. You get into a forced political marriage then one rebels. I think it can work if one partners submits to the other, so that it fits what has processed our family. I hope that one of those who are forcing themselves into political marriages will submit."
