Mwai Kibaki was sued when he appointed the County Commissioners. He never pointed a finger. He allowed the case to proceed. The next chief executive of this Republic must tell us that he will follow the footsteps of Mwai Kibaki in terms of allowing for processes. That is what this gentleman believed in."
