    "content": "There is a sector that must forever be grateful to the late President Emilio Stanley Mwai Kibaki. That is the boda boda sector. It was during the time of the leadership of the late President Mwai Kibaki that the sector started to grow in this country. Today, it is probably the only sector that is growing. Since the late President Mwai Kibaki planted the seed, I would ask the current and future governments to do what is right for the young people in the boda boda sector. Madam Deputy Speaker, this is a sector that has grown to a level that we need a stand-alone legislation and regulation for it to operate as a sector in this country. I want to challenge the government of the day and future governments to look into ways and means of making the boda boda sector a real sector of our economy as an employer, a contributor to the GDP, and a means of getting our young people employment."
