    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My Question relates to what is going on in the country in terms of phone calls dropping. You could be on a phone call and you are told that the person you are calling is not available. I direct this Question to the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication and Technology: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain to Kenyans why there has been an occurrence of calls dropping midway or interference during phone calls, including unstable networks all over the country by mobile phone service providers for the last six months, leading to loss of business opportunities, among others? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain what measures the Ministry has put in place to end the said occurrence of calls dropping and interferences during calls, including unstable networks by mobile service providers, and how long will this last?"
