    "content": "Last week as you are aware, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning presented the Budget highlights and Revenue-Raising Measures for the Government for the 2022/2023 Financial Year, and also submitted the Annual Estimates for revenue and expenditure for 2022/2023 and the draft Finance Bill of 2022, which has since been published by the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. Consideration of this business will require to be expedited upon our return from recess and processing during recess. I wish to underscore that, as a House, we have very limited time to prosecute this and any other important business, as you explained in your Communication.
