    "content": "Hon. Members, I know the rules of the House. In a situation of this nature, for your information, let me read to you Standing Order No.112. Take your seats. Standing Order No. 112 provides as follows: “(1) In the event of grave disorder arising in the House, the Speaker may adjourn the House forthwith or suspend any sitting for a period to be determined by him or her. (2) In the event of grave disorder arising in the Committee of the whole House, the Speaker shall resume the Chair forthwith.” In the present circumstances, Hon. Members, I deem that there is grave disorder. We are not able to continue."
