    "content": " We built consensus that the locals in Mavoko were supposed to be consulted and involved in the sale of the East African Portland Cement Limited land. However, houses were demolished and a new title deed was issue to the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. Since November 2020, nothing has been done on that land, yet property worth billions was destroyed. That is why I was seeking clarity."
