    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to oppose this Motion. This is a Procedural Motion. It aims at exempting Motions sponsored by Private Members, yet those sponsored by the Leaders of the Majority and Minority parties or the Government are considered on Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday. The only time allocated for Private Members’ Motions is Wednesday morning. Currently, there is a backlog of Motions sponsored by Private Members. We need to discuss Private Members’ Bills in this House because the current Government has failed. There are no liquids available in the country - fuel, milk and water are unavailable – and the only available liquid is alcohol. We need an opportunity for Private Members to keep the Government in check, because the Opposition or the Minority side has failed. They are in bed with the Government. Who will keep the Government in check? This will only be done through Bills sponsored by Private Members, otherwise there will be nobody to fight for the common"
