    "content": "I am sure that those who have looked at the Report of the Committee saw that a number of these issues were raised. Even the stakeholders who are in human rights raised some issues which were addressed. Their fears are documented. As we debate this important Bill, the issues which are not clear should be clarified by both the Committee and those other stakeholders, so that we have a law which will serve all Kenyans without some feeling that they are being discriminated against. That is very important."
